With a decade of experience as a qualified physiotherapist, Isabel has treated a myriad of orthopedic disorders, including tendinitis, trigger points and myofasical pain. She's tailored Pilates programs for clients of all ages and conditions, from teenagers to the elderly, athletes to prenatal and postnatal individuals.
In Australia Isabel has worked with a vast array of clients with muscle, joint pain, using hands-on techniques as a remedial massage therapist.

Originally from Brazil, Isabel is a triple threat, Australian Physiotherapist, Remedial Massage therapist and Classical Clinical Pilates Instructor. Isabel is a movement expert with a passion for dance and music that spans over 20 years. Graduating with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2008 in Brazil, Isabel has also completed extensive studies in musculoskeletal health. She became a Clinical Pilates instructor, specializing in postural issues, pain management, hypermobility, and chronic pain.
Since moving to Australia in 2018, Isabel has honed her skills as a physiotherapist and certified remedial massage therapist, delivering exceptional care in various physiotherapy and remedial massage clinics. As a highly experienced dancer, Isabel is naturally drawn to combining movement and hands-on skills to provide the freedom and joy movement brings to her clients. Through the magic of touch, Isabel loves to empower clients who have been living with chronic conditions to find their flow again.
