Claire has a genuine passion for Clinical Pilates, assisting people in re-establishing their mind-body connection, enhancing strength, flexibility, and achieving their movement goals. Claire has completed extra study to support clients experiencing chronic pain and also loves helping people with their acute injuries. Claire holds certificates Clinical Pilates Matwork levels 1-3 Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute and DMA Clinical Pilates Reformer and Mat Work.
Claire combines hands-on expertise with comprehensive movement assessments to set you on the path to improved mobility. You can find Claire practicing at our Geelong Clinic, where she also leads Clinical Pilates and physiotherapy-focused exercise sessions in Geelong and Newtown. Claire has a background in classical ballet, so has a thorough understanding of dance and related injuries.
Having roots in Kyabram Claire has wholeheartedly embraced life in Geelong and the enchanting Surfcoast region. Beyond the clinic you Claire enjoys moving with pilates, strength training & hiking. As well as spending time adventuring and exploring the coast.
