Unleashing My Strength... How Do I Measure Up?

It's Challenge time.....

Discover where you measure up as we delve into bodyweight exercises. We offer clinical mat pilates to help build your strength. Remember to celebrate your wins, no matter where you start - we strongly recommend you focus on progress, not perfection!



Bridge:

  • Strong: Women - 60 seconds, Men - 90 seconds

  • Average: Women - 45 seconds, Men - 60 seconds

  • Room for Improvement: Women - less than 30 seconds, Men - less than 45 seconds

Single Leg Squat:

  • Strong: Women - 6 to 8 reps per leg, Men - 10 to 12 reps per leg

  • Average: Women - 4 to 6 reps per leg, Men - 8 to 10 reps per leg

  • Room for Improvement: Women - less than 4 reps per leg, Men - less than 8 reps per leg

Plank:

  • Strong: Women - 120 seconds, Men - 120 seconds

  • Average: Women - 60 seconds, Men - 90 seconds

  • Room for Improvement: Women - less than 45 seconds, Men - less than 60 seconds

Push-up:

  • Strong: Women - 8 to 10 full push-ups, Men - 12 to 15 full push-ups

  • Average: Women - 4 to 7 full push-ups, Men - 8 to 11 full push-ups

  • Room for Improvement: Women - less than 4 full push-ups, Men - less than 8 full push-ups

Wall Sit:

  • Strong: Women - 90 to 120 seconds, Men - 90 to 120 seconds

  • Average: Women - 30 to 60 seconds, Men - 60 to 90 seconds

  • Room for Improvement: Women - less than 30 seconds, Men - less than 60 seconds
